  • Strong Frame Structure & Structure of Beating Balance: A sturdy frame structure, featuring strong box frames, beams, and rocking supporters, ensures stable operation and minimal vibration. Incorporating the beating balance structure further reduces noise and vibration, even during high-speed operation on wide looms.

  • Optimum Designed Link Beating Motion: 4-link beating motion for standard looms, excelling at ultra-high speed, employs short connecting rods. Wider looms utilize a 6-link motion, allowing more time for filling insertion, ensuring stable performance.

  • New Permanent-Magnet Motor Weft Accumlator: New permanent-magnet motor weft accumulator and high-speed solenoid pin enhance reliability at high speeds. Electric weft accumulator with speed control minimizes rotation changes, preventing yarn breaks. Optional electric drum pooling ensures stable weft insertion, even with complex patterns.

  • Stretch Nozzle: This device stretches the weft yarn at the selvage edge to decrease air volume needed by sub nozzles and prevent slack filling with filament yarns.

  • Negative Cam Shedding: Max.8 Shedding Frames: We’ve created a high-performance solenoid valve, compact and responsive, reducing air waste and supporting short-pitch sub nozzles for successful weft insertion, even at low pressure.

  • Positive Shedding: Max.10 Shedding Frames: It can weave plaire/twill/satin fabric. It is idea for high-density spun fabrics and wide loom.

  • Jacquard: All kind of Jacquard Fabrics.

  • Double Back Rollers: Double back rollers detect & maintain the correct warp tension regardless of the size of the beam diameter.

  • Dobby Shedding: Max.16 Shedding Frames: It can weave high value-added products such as: plain/twill/satin/small jacquard fabric.

  • Negative Easing: Negative easing is provided for weaving light weight fabrics using filament yarn and glass Fiber.

  • Positive Easing: It is ideal for a wide range of materials, particularly heavy or densely woven fabrics. It also offers consistent synchronized movement during high-speed operation.

  • Double Beam: Individual servo motors for the upper and lower beams are provided for weaving fabrics with different types of warp yarn.

  • Twin Beam: It can be equipped with individual servo motors for the right and left beams, assuring uniform weaving quality for wide fabrics.
